Information and purposes
We may use contact details, CVs, career history, questionnaire answers, projects, communications and booking details to prepare, deliver agreed support, administer bookings and resolve concerns. Do not send confidential employer/client data or sensitive documents without an agreed appropriate process.
Tools and AI
Calendly handles bookings under its own notice. Payments, email, video, storage, hosting and AI-assisted work may involve external providers. Ask us which providers apply before sending sensitive material. AI may assist analysis and drafting with human review. We aim to minimise identifiers shared externally.
Retention and hosting
CVs and project documents are generally retained for up to one year after service completion, or earlier on request, subject to necessary legal/dispute records. Included portfolio hosting lasts 12 months from publication. Earlier deletion may take it offline. Continuation is separately agreed, without automatic paid renewal.
Your choices
Meta Pixel is blocked until acceptance. It may receive browser/device information, visits and booking clicks after consent. CV contents and questionnaire answers are not intentionally sent as tracking parameters. Change tracking preferences in the footer. Contact us for correction, access, deletion, withdrawal or complaints. Separate permission is required for public marketing use.
Security
We apply reasonable handling and access controls but cannot guarantee absolute security. Ask about provider and international-processing arrangements relevant to your decision.

Booking and preparation
Book a time through Calendly. Our team sends a welcome email and questionnaire. Answers are due at least two hours before the meeting. If missing, our team calls to arrange another time for preparation. This website does not send questionnaires or verify payments itself.
Included support
One CV/background review, one 60-minute strategy session, a career plan and skill map, one project brief, two reviews on one project, one target-role CV rewrite with one revision, LinkedIn copy, one template portfolio with up to two case studies and one revision, one 45-minute interview session, seven days of clarification email after final delivery and 12 months of hosting. Extra projects, custom software, domains, courses and excess reviews are separately agreed.
Delivery and participation
Milestones are agreed after reviewing your questionnaire and requirements. Your responses and practical work affect progress. You complete the learning and projects and remain responsible for truthful applications. Do not present learning cases as employment or invented commercial results.
Materials and outcomes
You retain rights in supplied materials and must have permission to share them. Third-party licences apply. Public marketing requires separate permission. Ask about export before hosting ends. No job, interview, salary, sponsorship or credential is guaranteed. This is not regulated legal, immigration, investment or accounting advice. Pixel ID 2217671639159383 loads only after acceptance. It records PageView and a custom BookingLinkClick event, not a purchase or confirmed booking. Meta may use _fbp/_fbc cookies and other identifiers. No automatic advanced matching is configured.
Changing your choice
Reject keeps optional tracking off. Use Advertising preferences in the footer to change your selection. Withdrawal revokes consent, attempts to clear first-party Meta cookies and reloads.
